Dannielle asked:

I’m a beginner who only knows how to make scarfs with the single crochet stitch. I found some really good yarn and I want to make a blanket, however, I think single crochet would take a long time and a lot of yarn. Is there a simpler way? What stitch could and I learn and could you explain?
